Information we hold on yourself, such as name, employer, contact information etc, may be shared amongst our employees in various departments for the purposes of fulfilling orders, invoicing, marketing etc.
We will share information, such as email addresses and your employer, for the purpose of providing you with information on our business, in the form of newsletters etc. We will only use your information for marketing after gaining your consent and will not pass this on to 3rd parties for marketing purposes.
During the course of a project, it may be relevant to consult with a 3rd party. On such occasions limited personal information pertaining to you, such as name and email, may be forwarded where it is deemed necessary for the purposes of consultation where direct contact between the 3rd party and yourself is considered beneficial.
Customers and employees can request details of information we hold on them at anytime by contacting us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing to Data Compliance Manager at our registered address*.
In accordance with GDPR we will comply with any reasonable request for information within a 28 day period. We provide this information free of charge, but in cases of excessive, unfounded, or multiple requests, an administration charge may be applied and this will be advised in advance of the request being processed.
