The GPS (Gear Production Suite) has proven essential in linking communication between designers and manufacturers for identifying and correcting machining problems BEFORE committing resources. This principle is widely acknowledged throughout the power transmission industry as Industry 4.0. Dontyne also has collaborations in interfacing to gearbox design software from other manufaturers also enabling a wider range of users access to this functionality.

The Machine Center modules in the Dontyne Gear Production Suite (GPS) have been developed and continuously improving for over 17 years.
These modules are available on their own or can be integrated with other industry gearbox systems.
The advancing capabilities has generated customers and interest worldwide, including the UK, USA, Japan, India, South Korea, Taiwan and more.
A highlight for 2024 will be the increased manufacturing simulation and integration of gear production on 5-Axis CNC Systems for fast, flexible development called GPS CAM.
This is currently being used by a range of sectors but especially by motor sport and aerospace companies and will now also showcase rapid production of Coniflex® straight bevels.
